We provide scholarships for professional courses.
EUREKA/CIRPS is a consortium of several major Italian Universities
under the stewardship of Professor Vincenzo Naso of
the La Sapienza University, Rome.
The consortium offers targeted scholarships to African candidates. Our mission is to cater to the
growing need for
sufficiently skilled human capital by providing scholarships to those who are most deserving.
Similar programs offered by other institutions are expensive. We have made it a goal to make ours
affordable so that
more deserving people can easily access them. We want to reshape Africa’s future through training
and re-skilling our
people because Africa’s future needs to be shaped by African minds.

Our Featured Courses
We provide scholarships for several PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA COURSES tailored for African students, professionals, skilled and unskilled workers. These courses are made to sufficiently prepare them for current local and international labor markets, dynamic global projects, and competitive entrepreneurial environments.

Our e-learning digital platform is reliable, convenient, and flexible enough to accommodate even the busiest of our learners. Our students can access learning material and attend lectures from anywhere in the world.
- A consortium of European accredited universities provides these courses.
- The scholarships are suitable for any candidate with basic knowledge and mastery of English.
- Our scholarships are guaranteed. Candidates are required to pay a scholarship administration fee of only TSH 100,000 or 40 USD
- All our students get a registration number from the European university linked to for future official references.
- Graduates from these institutions will have the opportunity to go for and attain higher degrees from any Eureka affiliated European University of their choice.
- Eureka may also organize experience tours in Europe for our graduates.
- Graduates will also have the opportunity to apply for work in recurring and continuing projects in any of the 70 member countries.
- Graduates will have the distinct opportunity to learn entrepreneurial techniques in tourism and agribusiness. These skills will give them access to business opportunities in these European member countries.
